Refund policy
Custom Products
Because our magnets are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed and processing has begun.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@upliftedcreationsco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items may not be returned to us without prior approval. If approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for issues resulting from:
• Low-quality images submitted by the customer
• Cropping or design approvals provided by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Improper handling after delivery
Refunds, replacements, or store credits are issued at our sole discretion.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with order documentation, production records, tracking confirmation, and delivery verification.
