We print in high resolution using professional-quality printing. For best results, upload clear, well-lit photos. If a photo looks too blurry, we’ll reach out before printing.

Our magnets are printed with durable ink designed to resist fading. With normal indoor use, they’ll stay vibrant for years.
Are the magnets strong?

What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend clear, well-lit images with minimal blur. Portrait-style photos work best for the 2x2 square format.
Can I crop or adjust my photo?
Yes! You can adjust and position your photo before submitting your order to make sure it looks exactly how you want, by using the ' Choose File' button when placing a order.
What if I upload the wrong photo?
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to personalization details, images, or order information.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
